SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping destination

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States.

If you want to place an order with us but you are not in this area. Please contact our customer service staff and if we can deliver to your location, we will assist.

2. Shipping method

At Anasthsirt.store, we are proud to partner with UPS to provide you with fast and reliable shipping. With UPS shipping, you will receive a tracking number to easily track the status of your order throughout the delivery process. We are committed to ensuring that your products are delivered safely and on time.

3. Order processing and Delivery

Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (CST).

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place your order, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During busy and promotional periods, there may be slight delays in order processing.

Delivery time: Most items ship within 7-15 business days depending on your location.

4. Transportation costs

Regardless of product size, weight and delivery zone, we charge a flat shipping fee for every order. You’ll see specific shipping costs on your invoice and during the checkout process.

To be more precise: $6.99 is shipping for all current orders.

5. Lost parcel

Anasthsirt.store is not responsible for incorrect shipping information during the checkout process. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

Anasthsirt.store is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after the delivery status is “Delivered”.

6. Duties & taxes

For orders outside the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery.

You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

7. Important Information

We cannot cancel orders once they have left the warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to payment confirmation and/or stock availability.
